On Wednesday, June 12, a heartwarming and playful reunion took place as Jin, the oldest member of BTS, completed his mandatory military service. Stepping out of his army base in South Korea's northern Yeoncheon county, the 31-year-old was greeted with open arms by his bandmates RM, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook. These dedicated friends had taken time off from their own military duties just to be there for Jin's big day.

The reunion was filled with joyful moments and laughter. RM even brought a saxophone and played the iconic hook from their hit song “Dynamite,” adding a touch of musical magic to the occasion as Jin hugged each of his friends warmly. Jin, whose real name is Kim Seok-jin, had teased his return the day before with a mysterious message on Weverse, simply stating “D-1,” adding to the excitement and anticipation among fans.

 Jin enlisted in December 2022, and his return was a momentous occasion. Jin plans to hug 1,000 lucky fans who won a raffle, followed by his first performance in two years, making the celebration even more special.
